In rec.radio.amateur.misc there was a recent thread about
electromagnetic interference (EMI) problems with several
different automobiles.  Similartales of woe have been
published in several amateur radio magazines.  The American
Radio Relay League has started a project to contact the auto
manufacturers to determine their policies and to see if we
can obtain (and publish in our journal - QST) contact points
at each company to help consumers resolve EMI problems.

As part of the research, I have uncovered this list.  It is
not specific to EMI problems, but I thought that the list might
be useful to all, for any types of automotive problems that
cannot be resolved at the dealer level.
